If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or refund, provided it is within 14 days of receipt of your order and the item is in new, unused and unwashed condition. We reserve the right to refuse return of items.

Before returning your item, please contact R-Cubed at and state your order number, which item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will then contact you with the proper instructions on how to return or Exchange your item(s). If you do not contact us before returning the item(s), you run the risk of not receiving your refund or exchange.

R-Cubed is unable to refund postage on shipped items and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. R-Cubed is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages. It is advised to purchase insurance for returned packages.

If you are unhappy with the fit, cut, color or style of your product you can exchange it within 14 days of ordering for any item of equal or lesser value. Provided the item is in new, unused and unwashed condition. R-Cubed will exchange your purchase with a product of your choice (equal or lesser value). R-Cubed does not store billing information, so if the item you wish to exchange for is of greater value, please return it for a full refund and place a new order for the new item.

When R-Cubed receives your return, we will aim to process it within 7 business days or less. Exchanges may take up to 2-3 weeks, depending on your location.

As soon as we receive your items, we will exchange your item(s) or give you a full refund, depending on your wish. You will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges.
